Medina Remodel

This recently relocated family loved their secluded location amongst the evergreens in Medina but didn't love the dated exterior and interior of their new home.  They brought Brett Baba of Graham Baba Architects in to help them create a master plan for remodeling in phases which worked for the family's timing and budget.  We teamed up and slowly transformed this 1965 rambler into the Pacific Northwest contemporary they were dreaming of.
